This elaborate gown is made with dark turquoise and black dupioni silk, as well as dark forest green velvet and a sumptuous black low sheen sateen. The bodice is black satin, lined in silk. The front is adorned with green velvet and intricate bead work with gold and black beads in a floral patterns.
Each black silk sleeve bellows into green velvet that drapes at the elbow. The sleeves are created using two removable arm bands, one upper and one lower, thus also giving the dress a shorter sleeved look if you choose as well. Each of the arm bands is beaded with beautiful green peacock colored delica seed beads surrounding black glass czech beads.
The skirt is two layers, they they are attached with a back closure. The under skirt is a low sheen heavy sateen and the upper skirt is a bright dark turquoise with an inch of green velvet trimming along the hem. The front has beading alternating with black & gold czech beads and green peacock delica and black seed beads in a circular and a floral pattern matching the bodice and the arm bands.
